What does the LGV training course include?
This LGV training course equips you with the skills and certifications to become a fully-qualified LGV driver.
You must be over 18 years old to complete this training course and have held a driving licence for a minimum of 12 months.
This training covers the practical skills and theoretical knowledge you need to drive a LGV in a professional manner. Perfect to upskill your team, change your career or refresh your knowledge every 5 years.
All training mirrors the DVSA syllabus and is delivered by a fully-qualified LGV driver who has spent years behind a wheel. They understand the challenges when operating a large goods vehicle and the best practices to drive safely and efficiently.
You will learn:
- Loading and unloading a vehicle with regard to safety rules
- Vehicle security and its aspects
- How to handle emergency situations
- Physical and safety check
