What does the JCB course cover

The JCB Teletruk has been specifically designed and built to: Reach across curtain siders to enable loading / unloading from one side, Save yard space and enhance operations, Offer greater safety through unimpaired forward vision, Enhance safe working practices through a load movement indicator and be operated with both forks and a hydraulically operated bucket.

On completion of the JCB training course, the trainee will be able to

Name all the main components of the truck

Carry out a Pre-shift inspection check & know when and how to report

Operate the Truck within the safety limits defined by the manufacturer

Stack & De-stack from various heights with various loads safely

Manoeuvre a laden truck in a narrow confined area

Accrediting Body ITSSAR/AITT

This course is for operators with little or no previous experience using a J4 Industrial Teletruck course complies with the standards set in accordance with the HSE Code of Practice. This also enables successful operators to use any J4 Industrial Teletruck (with authorisation) anywhere in the UK.

This course is designed for the Operator who has had extensive practical experience, (longer than 12 months) but has never been formally trained or held certification.

Keep your skills up to date. To refresh job safety knowledge, and give corrective remedial and tests to truck operators who though previously trained and certificated may require a short safety refresher course, to maintain the correct standards of operation at an acceptable level.
